Hubdoc – The essential Xero companion

The data extraction and setting up rules to push the bills through to Xero automatically. Automatic storage of documents by name of suppliers. Notes added by the client attached to bills is also very useful. Love that Hubdoc fetches bank statements and bills. Importing receipts images is easy and allows mapping to be saved. HOWEVER, our Hubdoc, even though we turned off Autosync (after it auto-posted 50 invoices as credit notes), auto-publishes when I’m at home asleep.

Its a great system that will go and fetch your documents and bills from different companies. Sometimes the pictures of receipts can’t be found and I have to re upload them. Some glitches may occasionally arise like the auto fetch connections may sometimes go down. Thanks to the support team that always come in handy to fix any such issues.
